An offsite meeting-reception took place in the village of Topbagh.

On March 13 an offsite meeting-reception of the Head of the Gabala Region Executive Power Sabuhi Abdullayev with the residents of Topbagh village of Gabala region was held. The heads of the law enforcement bodies of the region, official organizations and villagers took part in the offsite meeting-reception. At the event the Head of the Region Executive Power Sabuhi Abdullayev spoke extensively about the successes in our country achieved in the social and economic sphere, the special attention and care for the region of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev, against the background of these works and also about the construction-assembly works in Gabala region, measures taken in the direction of solving social problems of the population. Then the territorial representative of the Executive Power Rasim Aghayev and the heads of the official organizations informed the head of the REP and the participants of the event about the social situation of the settlement. At the offsite meeting-reception the villagers put forward proposals concerning resolving the social problems that trouble them. Speaking citizens expressed their gratitude to the Head of state Mr. Ilham Aliyev, for the improvement of the well-being of the population, the provision of the settlement with uninterrupted electricity, the works performed in other spheres, the commissioning of a new school building and a medical centre built in the village. During the offsite meeting-reception villagers made a request to lay natural gas along the territory, to repair electricity lines in the settlement and to asphalt the territory connecting the village with the road to Zalam. At the offsite meeting-reception the Head of the Region Executive Power Sabuhi Abdullayev gave corresponding tasks and instructions to the heads of the related organizations of the region regarding issues raised by citizens.
