Meeting with the schoolchildren succeeded in the Subject Olympiad of the Republic was held in the region Executive Power.

12 pupils of Gabala region regular schools took part in the final stage of the Subject Olympiad of the Republic held in Baku city. 6 of them have gained high results in various subjects and become the winners of the Subject Olympiad. The winners were awarded silver and bronze medals by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan. With this purpose, Head of Gabala Region Executive Power Sabuhi Abdullayev congratulated the Gabala schoolchildren succeeding in the final stage of the Olympiad, spoke about the educational reforms conducted in the country under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, capital repair of educational institutions, construction of new ones, and the works done in strengthening of their logistics by the state, and brought to the attention that all of those had been considered for the happy future of Azerbaijan at the meeting with the winner students held in the Gabala region Executive Power. It was noted that construction of new buildings or major reconstruction works for the educational institutions in the regions, and supplement of regular schools with the latest information and communication technologies in recent years had influenced positively to the enhancement of educational quality. The winners of the Olympiad were granted the honorary diplomas and memorial gifts of the Executive Power during the meeting. We should also note that the XI grade student of Gabala city full secondary school No.3 Gulsum Guluyeva was awarded the silver medal on Azerbaijani language, X grade student of Mikhligovag village full secondary school of the region Royal Ismayilov – silver medal on Geography, from the students of Hamzali village full secondary school the X grade student Turaj Tahirova – silver medal on Geography, XI grade student Dilbar Aghayeva – bronze medal on Chemistry, X grade student of Vandam settlement full secondary school No.1 Sona Panahli – bronze medal on chemistry, and IX grade student of Nohurgishlag village full secondary school Maleyka Abushova – bronze medal in the Subject Olympiad of the Republic.
