President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev awarded the sportsman of “Gabala”.
The ceremony dedicated to the sport results was held at National Olympic Committee on December 13. President of Azerbaijan Republic, President of National Olympic Committee Ilham Aliyev participated in the ceremony. Making a speech in the event, Head of State said that 2018 was successful year for our country and Azerbaijan made great successes in all areas as well as sport one. President Ilham Aliyev congratulated the sportsmen again on the occasion of obtained successes and wished new victories to them at the end of his speech. Then the sportsmen who serve in the development of physical training and sport in Azerbaijan and made great successes in 2018, and sport experts were rewarded. Taekwondo athlete of Azerbaijan national team and “Gabala” Sport Club Mahammad Mammadov was one of the rewarded people. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev submitted to him the order of the new apartment.
