Work regarding preparation to winter was discussed.

On December 25, Gabala Region Executive Power held a board meeting on the state of implementation of the measures identified regarding the preparations for winter. Head of the REP, members of the Board, executive representatives, heads of municipalities, heads of law enforcement agencies, entities, enterprises, organizations and tourism facilities attended at the meeting. Opening the board meeting, Sabuhi Abdullayev, the head of the region executive power informed about the state of preparations for winter. It was noted that the issue was discussed in October, at the board meeting held two months prior to the season with participation of the head of REP, and a relevant decision was made. And also a headquarters was set up to monitor the implementation of specific tasks and specified measures. It was noted that all issues planned during the past period at that meeting were implemented and preparations for winter were completed in schools, healthcare centers, cultural and educational institutions and other organizations. The head of REP noted that providing normal heating in all social facilities of the region, including educational, healthcare centers, kindergartens, entities and enterprises and keeping electricity, gas, water and road economy in continuously operating condition in winter require great responsibility from each responsible person. Therefore, it was recommended that service organizations should be responsible toward their work and monitor that all communications in the residential areas are in working condition during the upcoming holiday and non-working days. Musa Mammadov, head of the regional electrical grid, Subhi Bayramov, head of gas utilization department, Namaddin Gadirov, director of “Road Operations” No.10 LLC, Arifa Bayramova, head of educational department, Ilgar Garibov, director of the regional forest center and others gave detailed information on the work done in their field. Sabuhi Abdullayev, head of the region executive power finished the meeting.
