A mobile meeting and reception took place in Vandam settlement of the region.

A meeting and reception of the Head of the Executive Power of Gabala region Sabuhi Abdullayev took place with the residents of Vandam settlement. The meeting was attended by the heads of the law enforcement agencies, related service organizations and representatives of the settlement community. At the event the head of the Executive Power of the region Sabuhi Abdullayev spoke about today’s successful development of our republic. It was noted that, wide construction and renovation works are being carried out at present in every region of the republic, as well as in Gabala region - new roads are laid, gas lines are conducted, education, health care facilities kindergartens are being built and social projects are being implemented. It was brought to attention that, the head of the country pays much attention to the increase of the production of agriculture products, and also special attention is paid to the hazelnut growing, tobacco-growing and silkworm-breeding. Peformed works, realized measures serve to the good living of our people and improvement of their social welfare and living standards. At the meeting it was noted that in recent years, Vandam settlement has been undergoing extensive construction work and social problems have been solved. It was emphasized that, school number one had been completely repaired, repair works were carried out on the internal roads, the area was provided with telephone connection, new artesian wells were dug, the school building number two was constructed and the residents were provided with uninterrupted communication and electricity. Then the residents of the settlement were heard. They expressed their deepest gratitude to the head of the state for the attention and care to the renovation works performed in Gabala region and Vandam settlement. The speaker made their suggestions and consideration on the issues that are expected to be settled in the settlement. Summarizing the meeting, the head of the Executive Power has given relevant instructions to the heads of the relevant structures to investigate and take measures in connection with the issues raised by the population.
