An offsite meeting-reception was held in Zalam village of the region.

A regular offsite meeting-reception was held by the Head of the Gabala Region Executive Power, Sabuhi Abdullayev, with residents of Zalam village. The meeting was attended by law enforcement officers, heads of relevant departments, enterprises, organizations, representatives of the rural community and elders. At the meeting, the Head of REP told the participants of the event about the socio-economic development of our republic, social reforms carried out by the Head of the Country. He noted that the result of the successful policy is that today extensive creative work is carried out in all regions of the republic, including our region - new roads, educational facilities, healthcare facilities, kindergartens are constructed, and social projects are being implemented. The speaker said that as a result of the reforms carried out by the Head of State, new production and processing enterprises and new jobs are being created in the country. It was brought to the attention that all these works, activities carried out serve only one idea - to improve the well-being of our population, to further improve their social security and standard of living. Noting that in recent years a lot of construction work was carried out in Zalam village also, the Head of REP said that, like in other villages, a gas pipeline was built to this locality, restoration work was done on electric and water enterprises, an asphalt road was laid crossing the center of the village and connecting 10 villages, and on this road a new bridge was built over Garachay, an irrigation collector was put in order. The head of the region noted that the municipality of Zalam village had determined measures for leveling rural roads with sand and gravel. Then, at the meeting-reception, the villagers were heard. They expressed their deep gratitude from all residents to President Ilham Aliyev for the attention and care shown to our region for the construction of Boyuk Amili – Kichik Amili – Zalam – Yenikand – Bilikh – Amirvan road and the construction and repair work carried out on the territory. On behalf of the speakers, Azad Abdurahimov, Ulkar Hajiyeva, Ruhangiz Garibova and others asked to construct a new kindergarten in the village, overhaul a complete secondary school, drill an artesian well in the territory and install an additional transformer. During the meeting, the Head of REP gave instructions to the heads of relevant organizations in connection with solving problems and issues raised by villagers.
