Presentation of the SƏLİS (System for quick coordination and project management) e-citizen program was held in Gabala.
Ensuring citizen satisfaction in our time and increasing transparency is directly related to the expansion of the electronic environment. The presentation of the Gabala Regional Non-Governmental Organization Resource and Training Center, held on May 29 for the public, was also associated with the expansion of the electronic environment. The event was opened by the director of the Gabala Vocational Training Center Azad Mammadov, he spoke about the importance of the transition to e-management. According to him, the event was devoted to the problem being urgent today. Sabuhi Nabiyev, director of the Gabala Regional Non-Governmental Organization Resource and Training Center, said that the Council on State Support to NGOs under the Auspices of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan began to apply new rules to involve the public in the evaluation of submitted projects. Thus, after this, every citizen will be able to familiarize and evaluate the project submitted for financial support by going to the email address of the council. Thus, a socially significant project that received positive feedback from a larger number of citizens in a transparent manner will be funded by the council. The rules for familiarization and evaluation of projects submitted to the Council on State Support to NGOs under the Auspices of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan were vividly demonstrated to the meeting participants during the meeting.
