A new project is being implemented.

The "Marhamat" Public Association for Assistance to Street Children, which won the competition "Providing services by round-the-clock centers in order to prevent children from entering state children's institutions and ensuring access to social services for children and families in difficult situations" over the Gabala region, has launched a new project in our city. Sadagat Bayramova, chairperson of the regional organization of the Red Crescent Society, started the service center opening ceremony, which took place on September 25. Speaking at the ceremony, the Deputy Head of the Region Executive Power, Ataya Osmanova, noted that the goal of the project, which is scheduled to continue until December 31, is to provide round-the-clock services to 30 children living in difficult conditions from 3 to 12 years old, with the exception of children who may be placed in kindergartens. The report emphasized that these children will be provided with daily social and psychological services. In her speech, the chairperson of the "Marhamat" Public Association for Assistance to Street Children Irada Nasirova noted that taking into account the interests and abilities of children, measures will be taken to improve self-care skills and develop imagination through various associations, including to ensure the integration of children with disabilities in society. At the opening ceremony, the director of the full secondary school No.1, Mahabbat Rustamova, the chairman of the Council of the Elders, Nazim Mustafayev, residents of the city Sevil Talibova, Rena Abdurahimova and others spoke. They expressed gratitude to the head of state for caring for children.
