Pupils who went to the southern regions, under the motto “Let’s know our country”, returned to the Gabala region with pleasant impressions.
The first stage of the next tour in the regions of the country, organized as part of the “Let’s know our country” project, implemented on the basis of the recommendation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, has completed. During four days, students of secondary schools and their teachers during a trip to the southern region got acquainted with the monuments reflecting the history, culture and lifestyle of the population of cities and regions, museums, works on the implementation of state programs on the tourism potential of the region, socio-economic development of the regions and ongoing infrastructure projects. On November 16, students of IX-XI grades and their teachers from 8 other districts, together with the Gabala region, completed a tour-campaign excursion to the Lankaran-Masalli-Astara zone and went to their cities and regions. The participants of the educational campaign were conducted by officials of the Executive Power of the city of Lankaran, teachers and representatives of the public. Pupils who left the southern region with rich impressions thanked the organizers for the opportunity to get to know our country better.
