A festive event was organized for children with disabilities in Gabala.
On the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, in cooperation with the Gabala Child and Family Support Center and the Gabala Regional "ASAN Service" Center, a festive event titled "We Are One Family" was organized for children with disabilities requiring special care. The event was attended by children studying at the center, and their parents, representatives of the Region Executive Power and relevant state bodies. At the event held at the Heydar Aliyev Center in Gabala, participants first visited the handicraft exhibition in the lobby, consisting of works by children with disabilities. Then the students of the art school performed the national anthem. Speaking at the event, Director of the Child and Family Support Center, Gunel Aghayeva, Deputy Head of the Department of Socio-Political and Humanitarian Issues of the Gabala Region Executive Power, Absalam Huseynov, Head of the Department of Education, Arifa Bayramova, and others spoke about the state’s care for children with disabilities in our country and noted that constant measures are being taken for their integration into society, the disclosure of their talents and creative abilities. At the end of the event, which continued with an interesting concert program prepared by children studying at the Child and Family Support Center, and students of an art school, children were presented with gifts.
