USA "Buyepongo" musical band in Gabala
The "Buyepongo" musical band from the USA, which is currently in Azerbaijan, gave its last concert in Gabala as part of a regional tour in the republic. Speaking before a concert at the Gabala Cultural Center, the adviser to the US Embassy for Culture and Education, Richard Pinkham, gave a brief overview of the activities of the musical band. It was noted that the US Embassy in Azerbaijan is consistently implementing programs aimed at expanding friendly and cultural ties between our countries. It was noted that it is the first visit of "Buyepongo" band to Azerbaijan. The country tour of the band performing a synthesis of Afro-Latin music was part of a program of American music abroad by the US State Department. The performances of the "Buyepongo" band, consisting of compositions of Latin American hip-hop, punk, funk and jazz, were greeted by the audience with great interest and applause.
