On November 12, 2020, the activities were continued on educational work among the population and monitoring of compliance with quarantine rules to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection in the region. The importance of wearing medical masks and observing social distance, as well as other requirements established by the Operational Headquarters were explained to citizens by the mobile groups. During the day, 65 trade and 82 other facilities were inspected. The families of 7 deceased were issued a warning in connection with carried out funeral ceremony. For violating the quarantine rules, 3 Gabala region residents and 1 employee of a public catering facility were fined 100 AZN each under the corresponding article of the Code of Administrative Offences.
