Azerbaijan has created new reality, and Armenia has capitulated.

Azerbaijani army, under the leadership of the President Ilham Aliyev, began triumphal processions on September 27 in order to prevent successive provocations and new plans for the occupation of Armenia and the liberation of our occupied lands. As a result of military operations that have lasted for forty four days, Azerbaijani army defeated armed forces of Armenia, which it had been creating for 30 years, liberated Jabrayil, Gubadli, Zangilan, Fuzuli regions, most of Khojavand region, a number of the villages in Lachin region, and the pearl of Karabakh - Shusha city. Thus, our army, under the leadership of the Supreme commander-in-Chief, demonstrated its strength and power to whole world within 44 days. With its triumphal processions based on the unity of the people and the Supreme commander-in-Chief, the people and the army, Azerbaijan has also successfully implemented some of well-known resolutions of the UN Security Council. In common, during the military campaign, 5 cities, 4 settlements, 286 villages, and numerous strategic heights were liberated from the occupation. After 28 years of mourning, Shusha city, which is of great importance and symbolic significance for Azerbaijani people, was liberated from the occupation on November 8. The capture of Shusha completely disarmed Armenia, all its manoeuvring capabilities collapsed, and the tactics of deceiving countries and the world community lost its meaning. A day after the liberation of Shusha, the President Ilham Aliyev informed the society of the country about the liberation of additional 71 villages, 1 settlement and 8 strategic heights from the occupation on November 9. Thus, the enemy, defeated during military operations, accepted the conditions put forward by the President Ilham Aliyev and admitted defeat. The enemy had no choice but to raise the white flag and capitulate. The world military history also shows that the side that has suffered such losses is considered defeated, surrenders, and military operations must be stopped. This is glorious victory for Azerbaijani people. The presidents of Azerbaijan, Russia and the prime minister of Armenia signed joint statement on November 10. This statement is essentially a capitulation of Armenia. Armenia, which has been defeated on the battlefield since the first days of the conflict, has no other choice but to accept the conditions put forward by the President of Azerbaijan. Thus, Pashinyan gave his consent to the terms of the capitulation. The head of our state repeatedly stated, including in a recent interview with BBC, that if Armenia assumes obligations to withdraw its troops, military operations will be stopped. In joint statement, signed on November 10, Armenia undertakes to withdraw its troops from Aghdam, Kalbajar and Lachin regions within the next 20 days. As a result, our regions that are big from territorial point of view will be liberated without bloodshed and losses until December. Also, the process of peacekeeping in the region will be provided by joint participation of Russia and Turkey, the arrival of the peacekeepers will be implemented in a manner synchronous with the withdrawal of Armenian troops from occupied territories of Azerbaijan. Another important point in the statement is that there is no question of giving Nagorno-Karabakh any status and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan is completely provided. This is clear proof of complete and unconditional victory of Azerbaijan. There is no longer a concept of the line of contact of troops. At present, the ceasefire is determined by the home stations of armed forces of Armenia and Azerbaijan. Armed forces of Russia and Turkey are deployed on the territory in limited contingent with the status of the peacekeepers. The deployment period for the peacekeepers is set at five years. The president Ilham Aliyev always stated that Turkey should also participate in the conflict settlement process. Turkey will also take active part in joint monitoring mission that will be established in order to monitor the ceasefire. The participation of Turkish military in the process shows that any step against the interests of Azerbaijan will be prevented. Azerbaijan does not wage war with the civilians and, unlike Armenia, does not intend to implement ethnic cleansing. From military point of view, the capture of Khankandi and its vicinities did not pose any difficulties for Azerbaijani army. Armenian propaganda was waiting for the moment to accuse Azerbaijan of implementing ethnic cleansing. Azerbaijan always stated that it is possible to co-exist in peace in Nagorno-Karabakh. The President Ilham Aliyev repeatedly stated that Azerbaijanis and Armenians live together in different world countries and there are no unpleasant situations. Therefore, Azerbaijan has always supported joint life of both communities in Nagorno-Karabakh. Another important point is related to the liberation of Nakhchivan from the blockade. Thus, the Russian side undertakes to create a corridor with Nakhchivan through the territory of Armenia. Azerbaijan, using a strategy that has become an innovation in military history, using the most modern weapons, as well suffering minimal losses, destroyed all the enemy's military equipment in a short time and inflicted serious blow to its manpower. The operation of Azerbaijani Army on the liberation from the occupation, implemented with the highest professionalism, will lead to serious changes in the warfare doctrine around the world. Shusha operation, implemented in high-altitude conditions, is the brightest page in military history of Azerbaijan. Armenia and its protectors exerted diplomatic and political pressure on Azerbaijan to stop military operations. The President Ilham Aliyev, who built his policy in the interests of the people, demonstrated strong political will, courageously suppressed these pressures, overcame them, and remained true to his principled position. The President Ilham Aliyev skilfully prevented all the attacks against our country also in the information war. About 30 interviews with the world's leading media reflected the attacks on our country in international information space. The plans of Armenia and its protectors, based on the occupation and gradual annexation of Azerbaijani territories, were collapsed. New political reality has formed in the region that meets the interests of Azerbaijan. As a result, the mourning of Azerbaijani people for their lands, which had lasted for about 30 years, was put to an end. The President Ilham Aliyev has once again demonstrated that he knows what to do, how to do, and when to do. This victory broke the syndrome of defeated people about Azerbaijanis and restored the self-confidence of the people. This victory once again demonstrated to the whole world the perseverance and heroism of our people. The world saw that Azerbaijani people, who will never accept defeat, achieved their victory on the battlefield. This glorious victory is logical conclusion of the strategy of strong state, strong army, which has been implemented by the President Ilham Aliyev over the past 17 years. Karabakh is ours! Karabakh is Azerbaijan!
