The importance of using medical masks and keeping social distance, as well as compliance with other requirements set by the Operational Headquarters was once again explained to the citizens by the mobile groups. The families of 4 deceased were warned not to hold mourning ceremonies. 5 residents of Gabala region were fined 100 manats each for violating quarantine rules under the relevant article of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
