Online commemoration event dedicated to the March 31 – Day of Genocide of Azerbaijanis was held at the Gabala District Education Department
An online event was held at the Gabala District Education Department due to the March 31 – Day of Genocide of Azerbaijanis. Teachers of full secondary schools, organizer deputies and upper class student attended the event. Opening the event, head of methodic cabinet Jamal Gurbanov emphasized our people were severely deprived as a result of the policy of ethnic cleansing carried out by Armenians against Azerbaijanis in the Caucasus. Then students of secondary schools performed poems. Speakers spoke about the vandalism committed by Armenians against Azerbaijanis for centuries; the atrocities committed against our cultural and historical monuments, the victory in the Great Patriotic War under the leadership of the victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief and the joy of victory for the people of Azerbaijan, and expressed deep gratitude to President Mehriban Aliyeva.
