The football championship in the Gabala region has come to the end.
The regional football championship among the institutions, enterprises, organizations and municipalities for "The Gabala Region Executive Power's Cup", dedicated to October 18 - Independence Day, has come to the end. The purpose of the championship was to achieve the mass football nature, promote and disseminate this sport among the regional youth, increase the sports skills of football players, and identify promising players in the region. 10 teams took part in the championship, which started on September 20. In the final match, which was watched by hundreds of football fans, the team of the Gabala Diagnostic Center "Diagnostika" met with the team of the Gabala International Airport "Aeroport". In the match, taken place as a tense and interesting contest, the "Diagnostika" team, having won over the "Aeroport" team, took the first place. In conclusion, the Head of the Regional Executive Power Sabuhi Abdullayev congratulated the members of the winning team, presented them a cup, memorable gifts and diplomas.
