On January 29, a reporting session on the results of 2018 and the upcoming duties in 2019 was held in the administrative territorial representation of Vandam settlement. The representative of the administrative-territorial entity of Vandam settlement Ilgar Bagirov made a speech at the meeting. It was noted in the report that as all regions of Azerbaijan, Gabala region has achieved great success in the socio-economic sphere. The report highlights that much of the work have been done to improve the living conditions of the population in our district and many social problems today in Vandam settlement has been solved due to the state care for the employment of the people. It was noted that reconstruction and renovation works in Vandam settlement have been widened over the recent years. The speaker underlined that measures to improve the wellbeing of the residents and create new jobs in the administrative district of Vandam will continue in 2019. Residents of the settlement Teymur Garayev, Asif Hashimov and others expressed their gratitude to the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev for the state care for the development of the settlement. Abil Aghasafov, First Deputy Head of Gabala Region Executive Power, in his speech at the report, said that today, Azerbaijan has become one of the leading countries in the world due to the correct and purposeful policy pursued by President Ilham Aliyev. Noting that the improvement works in the regions are a good indicator of social well-being and balanced economic development, the Deputy Head of the REP stated that the improving, modernizing, developing settlement turned into one of the most widespread areas in the region because of the reconstruction in the settlement. Speaking of important upcoming tasks, the speaker said that these tasks would be seriously considered and the work being performed would be carried out with a high degree of responsibility by the regional administration.
