An event called "Heydar Aliyev - the founder of our independence" was held.
On the occasion of the 96th anniversary of the great leader Heydar Aliyev, an event on the theme “Heydar Aliyev - founder of our independence” was held at the Gabala Tourist And Hotel Training Center. The event began with the opening speech of the Director of the Center, Eyvaz Kazimov, who noted that the people appealed to his savior Heydar Aliyev to help preserve the freedom of the Republic of Azerbaijan, prevent the collapse of statehood, the division of the country on ethnic principles, and the threat of war and moral and psychological shock. People saw a way out of the situation in the person of a prominent state and political figure, the great son of Azerbaijan, Heydar Aliyev, who had a wealth of experience. Deputy Director of the Training Center Reikhan Mammadova said that Heydar Aliyev brought a great experience of statehood, carrying such moral values as principles of struggle, conviction and realization of the ideas of independence. The historical statements of our national leader Heydar Aliyev, “The purpose of my life is to serve the people of Azerbaijan,” confirms his way of life. The head of the military department of the Center, Ilham Efendiyev, in his speech stressed that Azerbaijan, which for many years had been an independent, free, sovereign state, had created and strengthened a stronger independent state, having overcome difficulties. The great leader Heydar Aliyev, who said: "The independence of Azerbaijan is eternal, irreversible and indestructible," once again confirms that for Azerbaijan there is only one way to its future: to grow and move to a bright future. At the end of the event, students of the Training Center read poems and played music dedicated to the Great Leader.
