The sweeps are continued in connection with the observance of the special quarantine regime in the Gabala region.
On July 5, 2020, mobile teams established by the Operational Headquarters and operating in the Gabala region conducted sweeps to assess compliance with the rules in public catering, shopping and other facilities of the region, and to take measures in connection with the special quarantine regime in the country. During the sweeps, citizens were explained the need to wear medical masks and observe social distance, at the same time, 29 shopping and 53 other objects were inspected, 34 citizens were warned due to the lack of protective equipment (medical masks). 2 owners of a shopping facility were fined 200 AZN each under the corresponding article of the Code of Administrative Offences, and 1 owner of a barbershop was fined 100 AZN. Measures are being taken to monitor compliance with the requirements of the Operational Headquarters.
