Measures are continued within the fight against the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
On January 09, 2021, raids were continued to ensure the rules of the special quarantine regime in the region. The mobile groups visited densely populated areas and trade facilities and studied the state of observance of the rules of the special quarantine regime. During the raids, the importance of using medical masks and keeping social distance was once again brought to the attention of the citizens. A total of 141 trade facilities and 118 other facilities were inspected during the day. 5 citizens were fined 200 manats each for violating the quarantine rules under the relevant article of the Code of Administrative Offenses. The family of 1 deceased was warned not to hold a mourning ceremony. Raids are continued by mobile groups and among the population on a regular basis.
