The primary organization of NAP was created at Gabala Region "ASAN Service" Center.

A meeting was held at the Gabala Region "ASAN Service" Center in connection with the creation of the primary territorial organization of New Azerbaijan Party. Opening the event, Deputy Chairperson of the Gabala Region organization of NAP Elchin Taghiyev spoke about the invaluable merits of National Leader Heydar Aliyev in the development and strengthening of the independent state of Azerbaijan, said that in the result of the internal and foreign policy of our Dear Mr. President Ilham Aliyev, successfully continuing the ideas of genius personality, Azerbaijan has become a leading state in the region. It was noted that the constant rise in the number of young people in the New Azerbaijan Party is an important prerequisite for the longevity of the party. It was mentioned that at present there are 6205 members in 76 primary territorial organizations of the Gabala region organization of NAP. It was brought to attention that the number of members in the Gabala Region "ASAN Service" Center is 37 people. At the meeting the speeches were made by the director of the "ASAN Service" center Abdul Aliyev, deputy director Murad Karimov, member of the "ASAN Service" Zal Abbasov, Shabnam Narimanli and Tural Samadli, they expressed the pride to be members of the New Azerbaijan Party. Then, under the statute and program of the New Azerbaijan Party the primary territorial party organization was established in the "ASAN Service" Center, a board of 5 members was elected for the operation of the primary organization. At the meeting, the deputy director of the Gabala Region "ASAN Service" Center Murad Karimov was elected the chairperson of the primary party organization, and Vasila Rafizade - the deputy chairperson. Murad Karimov, expressing gratitude for the trust placed in him, brought to the attention that he would justify the trust with his work and activities. At the meeting Abdul Aliyev, Murad Karimov and Shabnam Narimanli were elected the representatives from the primary organization of the Gabala Region "ASAN Service" Center to the IX conference of the regional party organization.
