An election meeting of the primary party organization was held.

The election meetings of the territorial primary party organizations are continued for the preparation of the IX Conference of the Gabala region organization of New Azerbaijan Party (NAP). The next election meeting was held in a territorial primary party organization of NAP of the Gabala Central Region Hospital. Chairperson of the primary party organization Saleh Aslanov, who made the report, said that members of the organization are directly involved in the socio-political and cultural life of the region, are especially notable for activity in all political campaigns, including campaigns for propaganda. A member of the organization, the head of the surgical department of the hospital Shirin Mushtagov, Gulatay Azizova, speaking on behalf of youth, and the chief physician of the hospital Sabir Bayramov noted that the NAP, which is the driving force of the political powers in the country, is the party, established at the request and with the support of the people. Chairperson of the Gabala region organization of New Azerbaijan Party Abil Aghasafov speaking at the event, said that today, the NAP is the most powerful political force in our country. The development of the NAP at this level is connected with the names of the brilliant personality of our national leader Heydar Aliyev and his worthy successor- our respected President Ilham Aliyev. Noting that in 1969 Azerbaijan was a republic, falling behind the Union republics in all socio-economic spheres, Abil Aghasafov stressed that Heydar Aliyev, whether in the Soviet period, or during his staying in power in the years of independence, has carried out major reforms in country. He opened Azerbaijan for the whole world, saved our country from the threat of division and entrusted it to the pragmatic leader Ilham Aliyev, who will continue to lead our country to a brighter future. Speaking in details about the work done under the leadership of the President Ilham Aliyev in all spheres, particularly in the area of the army formation, the chairman expressed confidence that Azerbaijan will continue to achieve bright victories and great achievements. In this regard, each of us should continue to be active and also to protect the social and political stability, the unity of the people, the authorities and the army, formed in our country, for a sustainable future of our nation. At the meeting, the chairperson of the primary party organization, deputy chairperson, and representatives for the IX Conference of the NAP's Gabala Region Organization were elected.
