President Ilham Aliyev awarded Fattah Heydarov, deputy of the Milli Majlis, chairperson of the Azerbaijan Council of Elders with the "Istiglal" (Independence) Order. During the conversation before the presentation, the Head of State highly appreciated the work of Fattah Heydarov. The Head of State spoke about the significant merits of Fattah Heydarov in the constant development of our statehood both as the chairperson of the Council of Elders and as an MP.
