"Farewell Bell" events took place in Gabala
The ceremonies of "Farewell Bell" were held at the secondary schools of the region. Each year, the "Farewell Bell" events are held on May 31st. However, due to the fact that this year's May 31st is Saturday, the event date was changed.
On the basis of the rules established in previous years by the Ministry of Education, the event at the schools started at 10:00. The ceremony was attended by the public representatives, employees of the Executive Power, heads of departments, enterprises and organizations; they wished the graduates to successfully enroll in higher education institutions, to become worthy children of the Society, the Homeland and the State.
It should be mentioned, that in the 2013-2014 academic year, 1678 students graduated from 9th grade of the district schools, 1350 students graduated from 11th grade.
The "Farewell Bell" events planned for three hours were completed at 1300.
