The state of social service rendered to people was discussed in the regional consultation held in Gabala.
The State Social Protection Fund under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population held a regional consultation in Gabala region. The works conducted on activity directions of the fund and the state of service rendered to people on assignment of the types of social maintenance were discussed in the consultation held with the participation of employees of Gabala, Balakan, Zagatala, Gakh, Shaki, Oghuz, Ismayilli, Aghsu, Aghdash, Goychay, Ujar, Kurdamir, Mingachevir, Naftalan, Yevlakh and Barda region departments. Deputy Director of the Fund Javid Abdullayev informed about the results obtained in these regions on social insurance inputs, indicators on budget forecasts areas of different departments and defects in services rendered to people in organization of work with people conducting social insurance and in assignment area of types of social maintenance. Activities of each region department were analyzed separately. Instructions were given to consultation participants about building social insurance relations in compliance with the requirements of insurance-pension system and transparently and proper organization of work with legal entities and natural persons in this area. The activities of the departments which committed pettifoggery and delay in responding appeals of citizens during assignment of types of social maintenance were criticized. It was ordered to eliminate current defects and shortcomings in short time. Instructions were given on providing important growths in social insurance inputs and taking necessary actions for observing to budget forecasts on social insurance inputs, giving preference to etiquette in relation with the citizens, responding to appeals timely, fully and thoroughly, etc.
