In the Gabala region, provision of the population with stable communication is in the center of attention.

The sphere of information and communication technologies, the most dynamically developing in the world, in our republic is also a priority area and is constantly in the center of attention. As a result, having fully provided offices with communications in all the administrative territories of the Gabala region, namely, 1 urban and 29 rural EAX (electronic automatic exchange), brought the installation volume to 12,068 numbers. 3,630 numbers of the mentioned ones fall on subscribers of the urban telephone network. At the moment the number of telephone subscribers per 100 households in the region is 50 units. In order to improve the quality of communication, its uninterrupted and stable provision, in the Gabala region for the first 9 months of 2018, 335 telephones were carried out to the urban and rural population, 1432 citizens were given the opportunity to use the Internet. During the period of periodicity, the number of subscribers using a high-speed, broadband intern has been increased to 6191. The bringing by the Gabala TCH of the linear economy into compliance with the standard, using communication cables through aisles or rubber pipes in places where dangerous intersection with electrical lines cannot be avoided, and communication lines under the ground in connection with the construction of facilities due to the improvement works in the regional centers and villages not only significantly increase the life of the cables, but also cause a significant reduction in emergency cases. In order to improve the quality of telephone and Internet services provided to subscribers, the damaged parts of various types of cables were replaced with the new ones, namely 120 meters of TPP50x2 on Azi Aslanov Street, 12 meters of TPP100x2, 94 meters of TPP20x2 and 60 meters of TPP10x2 on Ganjlik Street, damaged pairs of the cable types TPP100x2 and TPP50x2 were repaired and restored on 28 May Street. By means of the restoration of damaged pairs in the urban telephone network, 40 numbers were conducted and put into operation for subscribers. Within 9 months, by the Gabala telecommunications hub 100 unsuitable communication poles, installed in various parts of the city, were replaced with iron ones, to the base of 155 communication poles, the service life of which had expired, the concrete connection was attached. To improve the quality of Internet and other multimedia services, in the network of Nij village EAX and Zaragan village EAX of the region, 85 meters of TPP100x2 cable and 50 meters of TPP50x2 cable were replaced, respectively. In connection with the construction of the Nij-Mykhlygovag-Yemishanli-Uludash-Tikanly-Abrykh highway of the region, Aztelecom LLC provided for the installation of iron poles allocated for the Gabala telecommunications hub. In order to conduct telephones and improve the quality of Internet services, 120 meters of TPP10x2 cable in Amirvan village, 97 meters of TPP20x2 in Boyuk Pirali village, 100 meters of TPP10x2 in Malikli village, 70 meters of TPP10x2 in Uludash village, 50 meters of TPP10x2 in Zalam village, 75 meters of TPP10x2 in Hamzali village were replaced and commissioned. The telecommunications hub not only keeps the focus on ensuring sustainable communications in the region, but also implements targeted measures for customer satisfaction in this area.
