An offsite meeting-reception was held in Solguja village of the region.

The next meeting-reception of the Head of the Gabala Region Executive Power Mr. Sabuhi Abdullayev with the population took place on October 16 in Solguja village of the region. The meeting-reception was attended by the heads of law enforcement agencies, education, health and other services, representatives of the village community. At the meeting, the Head of the Region Executive Power, Sabuhi Abdullayev, spoke about the improvement and creation works carried out in the country, the successes achieved in the economic and social sphere, under the leadership of the President, Mr. Ilham Aliyev. It was emphasized that large-scale creative work in the country can be seen in the example of Gabala, including Solguja village. It was noted that in recent years an administrative territorial representation was created in the village, a new administrative building was built for the representation, the rural primary school was turned into a general secondary school, and a school building meeting modern standards was built and commissioned for this educational institution. As the Head of REP mentioned, in November of this year, works will be started on change of the power lines and installation of the new transformers. And next year, in order to protect the settlement from the mudflows on the right bank of Garachay River, measures will be taken to strengthen the coast, the relevant organizations will be approached to build a concrete protective dam. Then the villagers who participated in the meeting-reception were heard. They expressed their gratitude to the Head of State for the tremendous work done in recent years in the region and villages, for the increased care for agricultural producers. Citizens who spoke put forward proposals in connection with the transformation of the general secondary school of the village into a full secondary school, the construction of a bridge over Garachay River on the Solguja-Mykhlygovag road and other appeals of a private nature. At the meeting-reception, Sabuhi Abdullayev gave necessary instructions to officials to execute proposals in accordance with the law, and some of the appeals were executed on the spot.
