An event was held dedicated to the National Salvation Day.
On June 15th at the Heydar Aliyev Center the event dedicated to the National Salvation Day was held. The event was attended by the representatives of the district executive power, departments, organizations and enterprises. The attendees coming to the center, first of all laid flowers at the bust of the national leader.
During the official part of the event, center's director, Hayala Isayeva, made a report on the historical significance of June 15th, 1993, entered into our history as the National Salvation Day, informed participants about the radical change in the socio-political, economic, military, scientific and cultural life, international relations, with the return of Heydar Aliyev to the government, as well as the beginning of construction of an independent state, in compliance with international norms and principles. Speaking during the event an employee of the "Gabala" newspaper, Gudrat Samadov, head of employment department, Elkhan Salimov, told about their memories about the life of the national leader, and the invaluable services to the Azerbaijani people and state.
In conclusion of the event, the "To the top of life" movie was shown dedicated to the political activities of national leader, Heydar Aliyev.
