Pupils of Gabala were sent to Guba, Gusar and Khachmaz regions for tour-visit.

A ceremony for sending the pupils of Gabala region to Guba, Gusar and Khachmaz regions on November 18 was held within “Let’s know our country” project organized for the IX-XI grade pupils of the cities and regions of our republic in accordance with the task of President of Azerbaijan Republic, Mr Ilham Aliyev. Head of Department for Social, Political and Humanitarian Affairs of Regional Executive Power –Deputy Head of REP Ataya Osmanova spoke about the importance of the action organized in accordance with the task of President Ilham Aliyev in the send-off ceremony held in Gabala Cultural Ceremony. It was noted that one of the main purposes of youth policy implemented in Azerbaijan is to educate the young generation in the spirit of patriotism. Educational tour-actions held under the slogan of “Let’s know our country” serve this purpose. In the ceremony Head of Regional Education Department Arifa Bayramova made a speech and informed that the implementation of the project is very important in terms of educating of the youth of the country in the spirit of patriotism and respect to our historical and cultural heritage and expanding the worldview of the pupils. Parent Kabira Jabbarova, who made a speech in the event informed that held tour-actions are the appearance of the care of Head of State, Mr Ilham Aliyev for educating the young generation as comprehensive citizens. Our children will know more closely our native land in this tour-action. She thanked Head of State who pays special attention to holding the action on behalf of all the parents. In the meeting the X grade pupil of senior secondary school No 1 of Vandam settlement Naila Gasimzade thanked the organizers of the tour-action and noted that she was in many regions of our republic and will be acquainted with nature and places of interest of Guba, Gusar and Khachmaz regions with the pupils and get detailed information about the history, traditions and development of these places in this tour-action. Then the participants of the tour-action laid fresh flowers at the monument of national leader Heydar Aliyev. The parents and pupils participating in the send-off ceremony thanked Head of State Ilham Aliyev. In the end the pupils participating in the tour-action left for Guba by bus that was specially allocated for them, to music.
