In the past year 541 people in Gabala were provided with work.
Last year, the Gabala Region Department of the State Employment Service under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, together with the region executive power, departments, enterprises and organizations, to increase the level of employment of the population, carried out targeted measures in the field of employment of the unemployed and job seekers. Thus, in 2018 out of 1530 unemployed and job seekers in the region, 541 people were employed, 7 were paid unemployment insurance. 413 men and 128 women were provided with work, 152 people of them are young people between the ages of 14 and 29. In order to provide jobs for the unemployed and job seekers, the "Labor Fair" is organized on a regular basis in the region every year. As the result of the huge organizational work, in particular collaboration with the employees at the time of preparation for the fair, companies and organizations acting on the territory of the region proposed vacancies.
