The representative office of the administrative-territorial district of Kichik Pirali village held a reporting meeting on the results of 2018 and the tasks to be held in 2019. The meeting was attended by representatives of the rural community, representatives of the intelligentsia, elders and Deputy Head of the Gabala Region Executive Power Ataya Osmanova. Araz Aghayev, the representative of the ATD, who delivered a summary report, informed the participants in detail about the work done in 2018 by the representative office in connection with the social development of Kichik Pirali village. The report says that 867 people live in 215 family farms in the village. 432 of them work in private households. The population is continuously supplied with electricity, gas and drinking water. It was noted that the development of agriculture in the territory is treated carefully and with responsibility. The production of silkworm cocoons was restored, and 101 kg cocoons were produced during the reporting period. For the development of this profitable area in the future, 1,400 mulberries were planted. For the expansion of nut production, which is considered a strategic agricultural product, a nut orchard was laid on a plot of 9 hectares. Productivity in grain-growing and livestock, which are the main activity of the population, is increasing every year. In the report, it was noted that service sector structures provide exemplary services to rural residents. The region executive power provides comprehensive support in solving various problems. After the report, a resident of the village Mazahir Islamov, the director of the complete secondary school Elsever Mustafayev, the chairperson of the municipality of Boyuk Pirali Ramin Hidayatov and others spoke. Residents expressed satisfaction with the activities of the executive representative and asked to pay attention to the replacement of electric poles in the territory, the opening of a kindergarten and asphalting of a rural road. At the reporting meeting, Deputy Head of the Region Executive Power Ataya Osmanova spoke in detail about the high achievements of the country and the region, state care for Gabala with the attention and direct assistance of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. She noted that the Kichik Pirali administrative-territorial district will benefit from new projects, and employment will increase. The deputy head of REP expressed confidence that the contribution of Kichik Pirali residents to agricultural production will grow, and in 2019 they will work even more responsibly to accomplish the tasks set. At the meeting, the participants gave a satisfactory assessment of the activities of the executive representative office.
