Students from 9 regions who participated in the tour-action organized under the slogan of “Let`s know our country” left Gabala with pleasant impressions.
The next stage of the educational tour-action organized under the slogan of “Let`s know our country” on recommendation of the President Ilham Aliyev for IX-XI grade students of the cities and regions has been successfully completed. On March 25, the tour-action participants got acquainted with modern manufacturing facilities, historical places, tourism and recreational centers of Gabala. Later, an intellectual game was organized among the students from 9 regions. The game where the students had the opportunity to show their knowledge was very challenging. According to the final results, the teams “Gazakh-1”, “Aghstafa” and “Gazakh-2” took the first three places respectively. The winners were awarded trophies, medals and certificates. On March 26, members of 9 groups consisting of the students from Aghdam, Aghjabadi, Aghstafa, Barda, Beylagan, Dashkasan, Gazakh, Goychay and Tovuz who participated in the tour-action held on Gabala-Sheki-Zagatala route left Gabala for the regions they live. Participants of the tour-action seen off by responsible officers of Gabala Region Executive Power and Education Department expressed gratitude to the President Ilham Aliyev for the attention and care for them to improve their knowledge and outlook, get acquainted with the regions of our country. Then, the buses taking the students from the hotels “Gafgaz Karvansaray” and "Gafgaz Sport" to their regions departed. It should be noted that on March 23-26, based on the program of the tour-action, 360 students from 9 regions got acquainted with the works carried out regarding socio-economic development of Gabala, Sheki and Zagatala, social facilities, entertainment and recreational centers, historical and cultural monuments, tourism facilities, museums built in recent years.
