Students visiting the western region of the republic under the slogan of “Let`s know our country” returned to Gabala with pleasant impressions.
On March 25, Gabala students got acquainted with Tovuz, Aghstafa and Gazakh within the educational tour-action organized under the slogan of “Let`s know our country”. The students firstly started the acquaintance with Tovuz from Heydar Aliyev Park. Later, they visited Heydar Aliyev Center, "Dairevi Gala" (Round Tower) and Goytapa monument of VI millennium B.C. After the acquaintance with Tovuz, the students visited Aghstafa in the second half of the day. Students who were met in front of Heydar Aliyev Center were informed in detail about Aghstafa. The tour-action participants got closely acquainted with Heydar Aliyev Park, Miniature Azerbaijan Park, Music Center, Carpet Factory, Paintball Shooting Center, Saloghlu Furniture Factory, Aghstafa Agropark, Karvan-L EKO and Samad Vurghun Park. Participants visited Gazakh in the second half of the day. The students were met by representatives of Gazakh region executive power and city community. Then the students got acquainted with Heydar Aliyev Center, Youth Center, Goyazan Mountain, Damjili Cave, Samad Vurghun Poetry House. Thus, travel of the students to Tovuz, Aghstafa and Gazakh were completed by great impressions. Later in the evening, an intellectual game “What? Where? When?” was organized among the students. The game where the students had the opportunity to show their knowledge was very challenging. According to the final results of the competition, team “Gafgaz” representing Gabala took the 1st place, team “Gafgaz-1” representing Shamakhi the second place, and team “Oghuz-2” representing Oghuz the third place. The winners were awarded trophies, medals and certificates. On March 26, students visiting the western region of the republic under the slogan of “Let`s know our country” returned to Gabala with pleasant impressions.
