International Children's Day - June 1st was celebrated.
On June 1, the city park named after Heydar Aliyev was decorated with flowers and balloons of different colours. Everything around was covered with festive decorations. The joy of children was no limit. The regional Children and Youth Development Center, like every year, this year organized a large-scale festive event for children on the occasion of June 1 - International Children's Day. The event, which was attended by representatives of the region executive power, the education department and residents, was opened by the director of the CYDC, Rafiga Shirinova, in her speech she spoke about children's rights, about state care for children who are our future, congratulated the children on this significant day. Then the authorized officer of REP Absalam Huseynov congratulated the children and participants of the event on June 1 - International Children's Day and noted that one of its most important tasks is to ensure that throughout the entire history every state, every society takes care of children, as well as their physical and moral growth. Absalam Huseynov in his speech noted that Azerbaijan is concerned about this important issue, and today in our independent country children are covered with attention and care. At the event, the interesting performances of students of the CYDC, the Gabala Art School and the collectives of urban kindergartens were greeted with applause.
