Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations Sayavush Heydarov received citizens in Gabala.
In accordance with the instructions and recommendations of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, the reception of citizens by the heads of central executive bodies continues in the regions. In accordance with the schedule for receiving citizens of cities and regions by the heads of central executive bodies for June 2019, deputy head of the State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Sayavush Heydarov, received residents of Gabala. Citizens mainly appealed in connection with the activities of religious communities, their state registration, repair of mosques, the allocation of funds to religious communities for religious education, the provision of mosques with religious books and other issues. Some of the complaints were resolved on the spot. Appropriate instructions were given to promptly resolve a number of issues that need to be studied in accordance with the law. Appeals on matters not related to the competence of the Committee were registered for transmission to the relevant authorities.
