A summer school will be organized in Gabala for young scientists and students-archaeologists.
On July 9, a summer school for young scientists and students-archaeologists started. The organizers of the week-long event at the Gabala Archaeological Center are the Department of Social Sciences of ANAS and the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists. In the summer school, young people from various scientific and educational institutions will have the opportunity to listen to interactive lectures on the problems of archaeological science, taking part in a number of scientific, intellectual and entertaining events. The main goal of the event is to engage young people in discussions about the results of archaeological research in the republic and around the world. A conference on three science panels is also planned during the summer school. In addition, for young people who took part in the event, it is planned to conduct field research at the Gala Yeri monument, belonging to the Leilatepe archaeological culture, which is of great importance for the history and culture of world civilization.
