Work is underway to reconstruct the district’s power supply system.
In the service area of the Gabala section of the distribution network, at a distance of 9.8 km from a 10 kV overhead power line overhaul and current repairs were carried out. So, on the part of the overhead transmission line with a voltage of 10 kV, passing through the villages of Vandam, Bum, Mykhlygovag, Garadeyin and Zaraghan, 50 physically worn wooden poles were replaced by concrete and metal poles, and 8,300 meters of physically worn wires unsuitable for operation were replaced. At a distance of 20.8 km, physically worn wires of 0.4 kV voltage were replaced by wires with the same voltage, and 197 wooden poles were replaced by concrete and metal poles. 119 new and 37 3-phase meters were installed in the populated and non-populated sectors. 2090 defective meters have been replaced with new ones. Work is continuing to provide the population with an uninterrupted and reliable energy supply.
