The next meeting-reception of the head of the executive power of the Gabala region Sabuhi Abdullayev as held in the village of Malikli. The event was attended by the head of the sector of the territorial-organizational department of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan Rufat Aliyev, heads of law enforcement agencies, service organizations and village residents. Speaking at the meeting, the head of the EPR spoke about the socio-economic development and ongoing reforms in the country under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev. He noted that in recent years, as in other regions of the country, construction works have been expanding in the Gabala region, social projects are being implemented. It was noted that relevant work is underway on the gasification of residential areas, the construction of new roads, the construction of a modern hospital building, schools, the provision of drinking water for the population, and the reconstruction of the electrical facilities. The head of the EPR noted that against the background of ongoing construction work in the village of Malikli, a new asphalt road was laid, an artesian well was drilled and reconstruction of the communication infrastructure began, and said that work in this direction would be expanded. Participants expressed gratitude to the head of state for a new and convenient asphalt road in Gabala, including in the village of Malikli. The villagers Dursun Goyushov, Israfil Mammadov, Sovdiyar Bakhyshov, Baghdagul Goyushova, Rovshan Huseynov, Mehriban Rasulova and others made proposals for the overhaul of a rural high school, the construction of a new building for a medical center, the installation of an electric transformer, the drilling of an artesian well and gasification. Speaking at the event, the head of the sector of the territorial-organizational department of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Rufat Aliyev, said that he would ask the relevant bodies and organizations to resolve issues raised by citizens. The head of the district executive authority gave specific instructions to the leaders of the relevant organizations on issues raised by residents at the meeting.
