Gabala is ready for the next music festival.

In recent years on the initiative and under the leadership of the First Lady of Azerbaijan, President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, UNESCO and ISESCO Goodwill Ambassador Mehriban Aliyeva, Azerbaijan hosts numerous cultural projects. Being one of these cultural events Gabala International Music Festival won the sympathy of the music lovers with its grandiosity.   
Since July 23, the ancient city of Gabala again opens its doors for the VI Gabala International Music Festival, which is a big international project of Heydar Aliyev Foundation. The festival, which is to be held and run in Gabala until August 1st, will be attended by prominent musicians, performance ensembles, soloists, conductors of Azerbaijan and foreign countries. Currently on the territory of the festival serious preparations for musical holiday are made.
Taking into account that during the festival in Gabala many local and foreign visitors arrive in the area, the extensive preparatory work were conducted. By the efforts of the District Executive Power, departments and organizations, the improvement works were enforced on the streets, in parks and gardens of Gabala, night illumination system was tidied, the city was cleaned up.
In connection with the festival, posters were put up on the streets of Gabala, outskirts of Ismailli-Gabala-Sheki road, in various hotels and entertainment venues. In addition to this, preparatory works have been completed in five star hotels "Caucasus Resort" and "Caucasus Riverside", where the festival will be held.
As a reminder, the festival will feature world-renowned conductors, musicians and groups from Russia, Turkey, South Africa, USA, Canada, France, Austria, Israel, Ukraine and Korea - Johannesburg Symphony Orchestra, the Israel "Brass Quintet", National Chamber Orchestra "Kyiv Soloists", soloists of the Vienna Academy Orchestra, Tel-Aviv ballet, Oksana Yablonsky, Dmitri Yablonsky, Yulian Rakhlin, Gil Shohat, Tatyana Shafran, Chen Zimbalista, Janna Gandelman, Mira Avad and others. During the concerts within the festival will perform: State Symphony Orchestra named after U.Hajibayli, people's artists Farhad Badalbeyli, Rauf Abdullayev, Murad Adigezalzade, Yalchin Adigezalov, Yegana Akhundova, Ali Asgarov, honoured arts worker Fakhraddin Kerimov, honored artists Gulnaz Ismailova, Farid Mammadov, Sabina Asadova, Sahib Pashazade, laureates Yusif Eyvazov, Azer Rzazade, Kamran Omarli, talented young soloists and performers of mugham.
