Johannesburg Symphony Orchestra concert was met with interest.
VI Gabala International Music Festival is continuing successfully. During a concert in the chamber hall of the "Qafqaz Resort" hotel in Gabala the works by Azerbaijani and European composers were performed. On the evening of chamber music compositions by Maurice Ravel, Francesco Paolo Tosti, as well as Uzeyir Hajibeyli, Tofig Guliyev, Farhad Badalbeyli and other composers were performed by member of various prestigious festivals, laureate of international competitions, the young pianist Mushvig Guliyev and vocalist Azer Rzazade.
Then, in accordance with the program of the festival was an open air concert of Johannesburg Symphony Orchestra. Within the concert the Johannesburg Symphony Orchestra conducted by People's Artist, holder of "Shohrat" Order, presidential grant holder Rauf Abdullayev, performed excerpts from the works of European composers.
Works of Ludwig van Beethoven, Johannes Brahms performed by the Director of the Azerbaijan State Philharmonic Society named after Muslim Magomayev, People's Artist, famous pianist Murad Adigozalzade accompanied by the orchestra were met by the audience with applause.
