The commemoration day of national leader Heydar Aliyev was honored with great reverence in the Gabala region. On December 12, tens of thousands of Gabala people headed to his monument in the Heydar Aliyev Park, to honor the blessed memory of the brilliant leader. Sabuhi Abdullayev, the Head of the Gabala Region Executive Power, representatives of the REP administration, law enforcement agencies, staffs of departments and enterprises, educational, healthcare, culture and enlightenment institutions, private structures and public members came to the monument of the National Leader, laid flowers and expressed deep respect for the Great Leader. The commemoration day of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev lasted until the evening. It should be noted that in connection with the commemoration day of Heydar Aliyev, a number of events were held in the departments and enterprises, education, healthcare, culture and enlightenment centers of the region since late November. Within the events, the persistent work of the great leader during his leadership was discussed. It was noted that preservation of our country's independence and its development on a sustainable basis is related to the name of Heydar Aliyev.
