A field appointment meeting held in the regional village of Topbagh.
Another field appointment meeting of the Head of the Gabala Region Executive, Sabuhi Abdullayev, has taken place with the residents of the village of Topbagh. The appointment meeting has been attended by senior RE officials, heads of law enforcement agencies, service organizations, villagers and elders. The Head of the RE has spoken in detail about the successes in the country’s socio-economic sphere, the special attention and care that the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev pays to the region against the background of these works, construction and reconstruction works carried out in the Gabala Region, as well as measures to address social problems of the population. Then the villagers have been heard. They have expressed sincere gratitude to the President Ilham Aliyev for the measures taken to further improve the welfare of the population, state concern for the agricultural sector, constant communication, ensuring uninterrupted energy supply, drinking water, reconstruction of the Boyuk Amili-Amirvan Road connecting the village with the regional centre and work in the rest spheres. Speakers Irada Samadova, Aladdin Bakhishov, Absaddin Yediyarov, Dilgam Abdullayev, Fanara Alishanova, Gnyaz Mammadov and others have asked to conduct a natural gas line to the village, repair power lines in the village, take additional measures to improve the provision of the territory with irrigation water, install appropriate equipment in the local soccer field and asphalt the distance connecting the village of Topbagh with the Zalam Road. The Head of the RE has gave relevant tasks and instructions to the heads of the competent organizations of the region on the issues raised by citizens at the appointment meeting.
