Reporting meeting, dedicated to the results of socio-economic development of 2019 and assigned responsibilities, was held in Gabala region. First of all, the participants of the event, arrived in Heydar Aliyev park, placed flowers in front of the monument to National Leader. Then the reporting meeting started its work at Gabala Culture Centre. Opening the meeting, the head of region executive power, Mr. Sabuhi Abdullayev, reported in detail on the work implemented in socio-economic field of Gabala region in 2019. It was noted that during past period, socio-political, socio-economic and cultural life of Gabala region also was rich in significant events. The most memorable among them was the visit to our region of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, dear Mr. Ilham Aliyev on October 28 last year. During the visit, the head of state attended the opening of very important social and economic facilities, took an interest in the progress of work on ongoing construction projects. Mr. President, expressing an opinion on the work being implemented, gave relevant tasks and set new responsibilities for us. The head of Territorial Tax Department No. 10, Javid Kangarli, director of diagnostic and treatment centre public legal entity, Jeyhun Ahmadov, head of educational department, Arifa Bayramova, resident of Tikanli village, Dursun Bayramov, and teacher of Vandam village complete secondary school No. 2, Yasaman Gasimova, speaking at the event, talked about the successes achieved in their fields of activity in 2019, their responsibilities. The head of the sector of the department for territorial and organizational issues of the Presidential Administration, speaking at the event, talked about the work implemented in 2019. In accordance with the recommendations and tasks of the head of state, assigned responsibilities were analysed. Appropriate decision was made at the event to ensure the implementation of assigned responsibilities, an application was addressed to the Head of State, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, on behalf of the participants of the event. At the end, a group of people who distinguished themselves in socio-economic development of the region received certificates of honour.
