Representative office of Centre for the Development of Youth and Career (CDYC) began to function In Gabala

In accordance with the Decree of the Head of State No. 1454 of October 1, 2019, a representative office of the Centre for the Development of Youth and Career (CDYC) began to function in Heydar Aliyev Centre, located in the Gabala region on February 20. Main activity of the representative office is to ensure comprehensive development of youth in accordance with the requirements of youth policy, as well contribute to deeper development of the philosophy of statehood of National Leader Heydar Aliyev by youth, the ideas of Azerbaijanism. In this regard, to acquire additional knowledge and skills by the youth, various professional trainings and master classes, educational and practical programs, meetings, seminars, intellectual games and other events will be organized. Young people living in the region, through a representative office, will have the opportunity to receive information and recommendations related to the opportunities created for them by the government, as well to apply and participate in various programs. At the opening ceremony, Deputy Head of Executive Power, Ataya Osmanova, Deputy Executive Director of the Youth Foundation, Gadir Khalilov and the Head of the Centre for the Development of Youth and Career, Ravana Hashimova, spoke about the youth policy pursued by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, the opportunities created in our country for the youth. They emphasized that the representative offices of CDYC, opened in the regions on the instructions of Mr. President, will contribute to the work of supporting personal development, education, career and choosing a profession for youth, stimulating their more active work in public and social life, young people were invited to take advantage of these opportunities and to close cooperation. Then, an excursion to the museum, which operates in the Heydar Aliyev Centre, was organized for the participants of the event, at the same time, they were provided with details related to the capabilities of the Centre. Also, young people in the region have been registered to join “Young Volunteer” program. The events were continued by music and entertainment programs and intellectual games.
