The raids are continuing on the territory of the region to meet the requirements of the special quarantine regime.
On August 15, 2020, the raids at trade and other most visited facilities were continued. Mobile groups operating in the region conducted educational talks with residents, explaining the requirements and recommendations for the fight against the pandemic. The importance of wearing medical masks, observing social distance and other requirements established by the Operational Headquarters was once again brought to the attention of citizens. Within the day, an inspection was carried out at 47 trade and 51 other facilities most visited by citizens. The families of 3 deceased were issued a warning in connection with carried out funeral ceremony. For violating the quarantine rules, 2 minibus drivers and 1 employee of a public catering facility were fined 100 AZN each under the corresponding article of the Code of Administrative Offences. Activities to combat coronavirus are ongoing in the region.
