President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev visited Gabala district.

On July 29, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev visited Gabala district. The head of state visited and laid flowers at a statue of national leader Heydar Aliyev in the center of the district. Then, President of the state Ilham Aliyev viewed conditions created at the modular hospital, condition of Amirvan-Vendam highway after reconstruction and about the construction of a new bridge over the Bum River and the restoration of a two-kilometer of the Bum-Tikanli-Abrikh highway. The head of state highlighted the heroism of general Polad Hashimov, who was born in Vandam village, and gave instructions to immortalize him.
