Measures to combat coronavirus infection are continuing in the region.
On August 20, 2020, the raids were continued in the Gabala region as part of activities to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection in the country. Mobile groups functioning in the region have studied the compliance with the rules established at public catering, trade and other facilities due to the special quarantine regime declared on the country territory, and the necessary measures have been taken. During the raids, educational talks were held, and the importance of wearing a medical mask, maintaining social distance and complying with sanitary rules was once again brought to the attention of citizens. Within the day, an inspection was carried out at 36 trade and 54 other facilities most visited by citizens. For repeated violation of the quarantine rules, 1 employee of a public catering facility was fined 200 AZN, 1 employee of a car repair shop - 100 AZN under the corresponding article of the Code of Administrative Offences. Educational work and daily raids are continued in the region.
