Struggle measures against coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic were strengthened in Gabala.
Measures were continued in order to conduct awareness-raising measures among people and to control the compliance with the quarantine rules to prevent the spread of the coronavirus infection in the district on November 25, 2020. Inspections were conducted by mobile groups to study the current situation related to the compliance with the defined rules and to take appropriate measures in business, public catering and other facilities mostly visited by people in connection with the special quarantine regime. Necessity of keeping social distance, wearing medical masks and following other requirements defined by the Task Force was explained once again to the citizens during the inspections. During the day, 79 trade and other 73 facilities have been inspected. 5 residents of the region were fined in the amount of 100 manats each for violation of quarantine rules under the relevant article of the Code of Administrative Offenses. A family of 5 deceased was warned not to hold mourning ceremonies. Necessary measures within fighting against the coronavirus pandemic are regularly continued.
