On December 14, 2020, complex measures conducted against the coronavirus pandemic were strengthened to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection in the region, carry out awareness-raising works among the population and monitor compliance with quarantine rules in Gabala. The importance of using medical masks and keeping social distance, as well as compliance with other requirements set by the Task Force was once again explained to the citizens by the mobile groups. During the day, a total of 107 trade and 98 other facilities were inspected. 5 residents of district were fined 100 manats each, 2 owners of public catering facility 200 manats accordingly for violating quarantine rules under the relevant article of the Code of Administrative Offenses. The families of 4 deceased were warned not to hold mourning ceremonies. Measures within the framework of the fight against the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic are underway.
