Mobile groups strengthened control over trade and other facilities in the region.
On December 16, 2020, raids were continued to ensure the rules of the special quarantine regime in the region. The mobile groups visited densely populated areas, pharmacies and trade facilities, and studied the state of observance of the rules of the special quarantine regime. During the raids, the importance of using medical masks and keeping social distance was once again brought to the attention of the citizens. During the day, a total of 111 trade facilities and 101 other facilities were inspected. 3 residents of the region were fined 100 manats each for violating the quarantine rules under the relevant article of the Code of Administrative Offenses. The families of 3 deceased people were warned not to hold a mourning ceremony. Raids are continued by mobile groups and among the population on a regular basis.
